I am writing of a matter which I am confident will be of interest to you.
On Saturday (17/06/2023), I placed an order of two 20 Liters water Jar. Having been promised by Bisleri standards expected delivery on Monday (19/06/2023). I am upset that my order is not yet delivered, even after making a number of calls to your staffs who were unable to help me or provide me with an updated delivery date and time, rather than that two-customer care executive and one Senior person from Bisleri only fooled me to their best possible extent.
I would like to know that I had foreseen the possibility of continuing with Bisleri in future. Unfortunately, however, that will not happen if I am to expect this type of service from a brand like Bisleri. Surely, and I believe my unfortunate experience is not in alignment with your reputation, which I hear and noticed.
