Bisleri International — Didn't receive bisleri water cans after 7days of ordering

After a total of 10 calls, multiple escalations via the call center and waiting for 7 days, I still do not have my order.

Order I'd: BOTDB-016DE-3997546

I've ordered two bisleri water can on 5th December 8 am.
In the afternoon, I received the out-of-delivery message and shared the distributor's contact number.
After that, I made many calls to distributor and customer care until now and requested to deliver as soon as possible.
They always promise to deliver water cans by "tonight before 8 pm." But every time, they gave an excuse that I was not reachable.
After that, the distributor did not pick up my calls.

Too much horrible services.
