I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order of two bottles of Bisleri 20 litres (BOTDB-016DE[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 18th April 2023. Unfortunately, the delivery was unsuccessful, and I was informed that the bottles would be delivered on 19th April 2023. However, despite my request to ensure the delivery on the 19th, the delivery was once again unsuccessful. This situation resulted in a lot of inconvenience and time wasted on my part.
After speaking with the customer care executives, I was given the contact number of the supplier (Mukesh Kumar: [protected]) and was assured that the delivery would be made. However, I found that the supplier was uncooperative and kept providing false information. Even after repeated attempts to reach out to Mukesh, he did not provide the contact number of the delivery agent, and the delivery was rescheduled to 20th April 2023.
On the 20th of April 2023, I called customer care once again and was assured that the bottles would be delivered in 1.5 to 2 hours. However, even after waiting for around 3 hours, I did not receive the bottles. Mukesh once again provided false information about the delivery agent, and even after trying to reach out to him several times, he avoided picking up my calls. The delivery was finally rescheduled to the next day (21st April 2023).
This kind of attitude and service is not acceptable from a company like Bisleri. The entire experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and regretful of ordering from your company. It is frustrating to spend so much time and effort trying to get a simple order delivered, only to be faced with stubbornness and false promises.
I request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I look forward to a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
