After a total of 9 calls, multiple escalations via the call center and waiting for 6 days, I still do not have my order.

27/07/2023 (Thursday) - I placed the order at 1:54 pm.
28/07/2023 (Friday) - I get a message saying order is out for delivery at 8:44 am.
28/07/2023 (Friday) - I get a message saying my order HAS BEEN delivered at 10:24 pm. I messaged the delivery guy asking why did I get that message and he said "By mistake, I'm coming tomorrow morning".
29/07/2023 (Saturday) - I waited until afternoon and messaged him at 4:18 pm asking when will he deliver and he said "After 6". I waited and messaged him "Where are you?" to which I got no replies. I even tried calling but no response.
30/07/2023 (Sunday) - I did nothing as it's a holiday.
31/07/2023 (Monday) - I called the customer care like 5-6 times speaking with different agents and everyone just giving false promise of delivering my order as soon as possible and the last agent giving me assurance that it will be delivered the next day by morning, guess what happened? Nothing.
01/08/2023 (Tuesday) -
I called the customer care again the agent took the contractor on conference call giving me the confirmation that the ordered will be delivered in 1 HOUR. Nothing happened.
I called again after 2 hours and this time requested to speak with someone senior, the agent confirmed that I will get a call back in 10 minutes because no supervisor were available. No calls.
I called again after 40-50 minutes and the agent got me connected to a floor manager who told me they will try their best to deliver it as soon as possible. I told him to at least offer some kind of compensation (maybe a gallon? whatever) so I can at least don't mind waiting, he said he will check, then transferred my call back to the agent who informed me that no compensation can be given and that please wait for the delivery until tomorrow. And when I asked her to transfer me back to the floor supervisor, she placed me on hold and disconnected the call. I understand this could be due to a technical issue but the agent never called me back.
I called again after sometime this time asking the agent to also raise a complaint against previous 2 agents, this agent told me he will check and placed me on hold. After resuming, he told me the call disconnection might be due to a technical issue and said he will highlight this to the manager. I told him to directly get me connected with the manager but he said there are no supervisor were available and he will arrange a call back by maximum 7 pm. No calls yet.
