Loss of Documents while in Transit

A courier was sent to me from Varanasi . The courier
was containing some very important documents . Out of the same some
documents were taken out from the same while in Transit . I have requested
their local office to look into the same but in Vain as no body is
responding....

loss of packet

I had sent a packet[airway no[protected]of expensive designer blouses to Shilpa Mridul,71 Nehru Park,Jodhpur[Raj] India.The packet was sent on 26 September 2007,but it never reached.After endless telephone calls to the franchise,V.K.International Malviya Nagar,New Delhi.[[protected]] I got to know that the packet was lost.I sent a duly filled claim form with all required documents attached to the main branch,Jhandewalan of Blazeflash Couriers...

The courier was taking some original certificates and hospital prescription...

Theft of Mobile Handset

My friend had sent a a packet consignment no.[protected] containing as Nokia Handset(CDMA 6275) on 29th Oct 2007 by your esteemed courier to Navi Mumbai.
Yesterday(31st Oct), when the delivery boy delivered the packet at 1:50pm , we found the handset missing/stolen though the bill, charger and headphone where there. The price of Handset is Rs10,500/-. I immediately called and reported this to your Sanpada office and the Mgr., Mr Prashant...

Late Delivery of Courier

Dear Sir/Madam,

As per your schedule, my packet should reach at destination within 2 Days and you also confirmed by email dated 6.10.07 16:40, that it will reach by 6th Oct but it is delivered today i.e 9th Oct.

My packet contains some important documents and which was also supposed to forward some where by 8th Oct and due to your worst service, we are unable to do that do the same. Who will bear the loss...
