Today I am shocked to see when I got the message from Blue Dart that your shipment has been delivered vide Blue Dart Awb#[protected], but no one from my family has received this shipment. Your delivery boy delivered this to the wrong address may be. Please deliver it to me as soon as possible. If possible please give the courier person name and phone number also....

My shipment with afforesaid waybill no ([protected]) has arrived at Berhampore on 2nd May morning but it's been 2 days, I didn't get my item. When trying to reach out the persons over here, they are just ignoring my request saying that they don't have manpower and they were asking me to go to their office and collect that. What type of service you are providing Blue dart??...

Remove blue dart services from Ujjain MP. Because they don't deliver imp courier to all address. And couldn't give response to customer. My HDFC bank business cheque book was stucked because of blue dart service. They are not deliver to my address....

I have complained about it on customer care number on:
28th April to a staff named Minal, and 30th April to a staff named John
but till now I have not received my product....

Although I am at my current address only still they are not delivering my item and giving fake reasons that I have shifted my address.I tried to contact them but they are not responding....

My order with airway no [protected] says delivered on website but it’s not delivered. Please check asap...

This is to inform you that your delivery is not delivering the courier since last 6-7 days and without my permission he is cancelling the order.

Its a totally fake remark. Is this the kind of service you provide ?? I even didn't receive any call from any Blue dart delivery boy today till now regarding the delivery. If the shipment has been delivered, kindly provide the POD....

They are cheating customers with their
Old brand name even they don’t have toll
free no they have paid call service but what they do after receiving calls with automated service after charging 3 or 4rs
Then answer comes service not working
If compliant service not working they can
tell us beginning of the calls
It’s their another income source

Hi, I got a message that the consignment could not be delivered today since my address was not traceable. Very surprised...I am getting all other courier deliveries without any issues.

To what number can I send the GPS location for delivery? Any number of attempts to contact Blue Dart over phone is unsuccessful.

Can you please look into this and revert at the earliest?

Returned my debit card by the way, why did I do this with me.Please send home to my debit card. Your system did not like it at all....

The parcel with AWB [protected] is marked as Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery, whereas there is no such restriction.
I spoke to the delivery guy in the morning, named Sai Kiran. He called from personal number and asked details about the address. He says he knows the address and would come. He'd call me if at all there are issues.
At afternoon, I get no call, but all of a sudden the parcel is incorrectly scanned...

This is to inform that the package way bill no [protected] was not delivered by the bluedart, but was received in person from my side from bluedart's office .

No attempt for delivery was made and reason given for non delivery was wrong /incomplete address.

This is totally wrong practice from bluedart side .

My courier was important to be received in time, but it was delayed due to malpractice...

This is with reference to AWB No: [protected] & further in this regard i have just received the message from Blue Dart that the Consignee is out of station. On the contrary 4 members are present at the consignee address.

Sorry to say didnt expect this from Blue Dart. I am just escalating this matter to Croma.

Hope necessary action will be taken by the company.

I am ordered a item on 26/3/2021. they didnt delivered my item to me but it showing delivered on 29/3/2021 . i contact that phone number but not responding.they didnt delivered my at the same time they didnt return also. it is very serious matter to who taken my product.delivery boy or office incharge .take action against them if not i am going to further action.

I want to inform you to that My Loan DD posted by HDFC Bank through Blue Dart Courier to my office address on dated 23.03.21. But till I don't got this courier and not communication any courier mam about this shipment. I have many complaint to HDFC by written or call but they do not response positive.
Today 22.04.21 I have received from Blue Dart Courier and he told me that one courier have which is my name but...

I have mentioned the correct shipping address, Amazon flipkart have been able to reach out to me at the same address. Still it shows me incorrect / incomplete consignee'address in bluedart tracking page.

If there is any difficulty in reaching out to me.. please contact me on the number as provided in the address details....

When a package receive this product is not company is different type so I return this and return amount...
