Blue Dart Express — Deny delivery of Kotak Mahindra Credit Card | |||||
Kotak mahindra bank send a credit card to my address through Bluedart. On 19th May 2016 i got call from Blue dart person Mobile Number :[protected] sir you got a creditcard from kotak mahindra i will deliver the credit card on next day. Next i called to same number he lift the phone and said i'm very busy don't call me and cut the call. After 3 hrs again i called to same number but no response he is not lifting the phone and not reply to my messages. This really bad customer service from bluedart.
