Sir, CN No [protected] booked at Delhi on 13/06/2014 for Delivery at Agartala. As per your on line tracking it is showing Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed. I contacted with your Agartala office Today and on enquiry they informed they marked as Unlocatable/Landmark Needed as per your system requirement [ Note I have a valid proof for the same ] and it will be deliver to me and fail to specify any date. Though My resident is within 2 km from your Office On talking with your Agartala office I understood that they are not bothering for the service and treating as like as Blue dart is a FREE SERVICE COMPANY for us. We are not paying anything. They have not any responsibility to deliver or contact with the customer. This is the worst service. Moreover, for your information, i am residing at Agartala for more that 46 years and on that address for more than 21 years and all other couriers are delivering tmely including postal department. Take immediate necessary action to deliver my documents and further suggesting you to close your agartala unit and tie up with the Dept of Post or other courier like Overnite to deliver your doc for the benefit o[censored]s or take knowledge from them how they are providing service except your company.
