I have purchased the bluestar split inverter ac on 26th march from vijay sales, pune. The installation for ac was done on 30th march 2017 under call number j[protected] and technician was not able to start the ac due to communication error he was getting in the ac.

Hello, I have purchased blue star 1 ton split ac some 4 years back. My usage is very limited like 4-5 months in a year. Yesterday suddenly in night there was a sound of blast nd smoke all over. As we smell the smoke we saw that bluestar outdoor unit caught fire and smoking heavily. After some half an our practice fire got in control. We had purchased an a/c (Model no - bo/5hw18sbu) last year 14th april’2016 from sales emporuim nagerbazar, dumdum kolkata branch. Since we had installed the ac there was very light cooling and after around 1 month there was completely no cooling. During aug’16 we had again raised a complain to bluestar with this same problem. The service guy visited and reported that there was leakage in gas due to which the cooling was not happening...

We got a new AC in late 2016.
1. First the gas leaked out within 2 months and it stopped working.
2. After calling the guys who set it up almost 10 times, they finally came to fix it
3. Now that that is fixed, there are new problems:

a. The AC makes loud ticking noises after it is switched off
b. When the AC is switched of[censored]sing a remote, the outdoor unit keeps running till the main switch is manually...

We had purchased Spilt A/c from Vijay Sales - Ahmedabad in March 2016. Model no 3HW18LAU 3 STAR 1.5 TON and with 9 months we faced an issue for Gas Lek so we lodge complain and rep refill gas in the month of Sep 2016 again we had same issue in Jan so again we lodge complain ...still we are facing same issue again

I'll bought Refrigrator two years back and its warranty is over and my Refrigrator is not working I'll already complaint on your toll free number and your engineer comes to our place and check it and finally say your Refrigrator is internally leaked and it is not repairable and he say you have to buy new one ill a question for Blue star why you make these type of products that is not repairable please help me and change it to new one afterall...

We are facing lots of problem of bluestar product since last 4 months not single day the issues has not resolve from bluestar team only the assuring henceforth product will working properly but yet it hasn't each and every time they told us various problems of machines now its time to close all matter kindly introduce bluestar expert for our diagnosis otherwise we will find our another way...
