I bought an bmw 6 gt 620d luxury line model, 6500 km driven demo car

I was denied of the 5 year free service package that is been given to this model from bmw. And only 3 year free service package was accepted...

These days i am receiving continuous mails and messages even calls too saying that i won the prize money rs.33500000 and bmw car. I just want to know whether is it true or fake?

I own the above mentioned car last 4 year and well maintained at faridabad service centre on regular intervals. Last 4 days back car met accident and got damaged from rear, it was a surprise to hear the reply that faridabad service centre dont have the spares & it will take 25 days to arrange.
