[Resolved]  BookMyFlowers — for refunding of the amount

Respected Sir/Mam, I was attempting to purchase online cakes and flowers of amount Rs.949 to be delivered in Pune on the website bookmyflowers.com on 3rd september 2014 at around 8:30pm-9:30pm. And the product invoice no.is- SN4654556. But on the website there was transaction of money at the time of payment and i called the customer care of that online company but the company said that there was no payment and no confirmation of any order. i checked my SBI account there was a transaction of Rs.949 and the details are as such-( POS PRCH POS[protected] PayU SBIPG). please kindly consider the matter and refund the deducted amount in my account. thank you with regards Pinky kumari
