BookMyFlowers — Wrong commitment

I placed the order on 16th February, 2017 for scheduled delivery on 18th Feb, 2017. I understand the policy of one day prior and one day later of courier service. But on 18th Feb, 2017 I was following up since 8:00 in the morning till 8:00 in the evening and none of the executive was unable to provide me with the Tracking Details on phone call. And as per the policy of Bookmyflowers once the order is being shipped the customer got to know the Tracking ID of the courier service. But the same was not shared.

Hence, I requested to cancel the order and which was done around 8:00 in the evening and I even got the confirmation email for the same.

But now they have delivered the product out of my knowledge. Since, it was gift so recipient was not aware of the fact and accepted the delivery. I requested them to get the delivery back but they denied. Because of their confirmation I ordered another gift for my friend. Now they are denying to process the refund.

On inquiring I came to know that executive failed to drop an email to the concerned courier department and as a result git has been shipped and they will not be able to process the refund.

On 18th Feb, 2017 I spent around 4-5 hours over the phone just to know the tracking details but the same was not shared and every time I talked to different executives I was told different update for my gift.

Attaching the confirmation received and now they have removed the Order No. from the login page.
