I had booked a bouquet on BookMyFlowers for Fathers' Day. The same was not delivered, no one called up to inform me that the delivery couldn't be made. Their contact number never works and when i mailed them to get my money back 1st they took over a week to completely resolve, taking 2-3 days at a time to reply to mails. finally they said money will be back in 2-3 days but it hasn't come back even after 4 days from that mail.
