I placed the order (#787581) cake and plant on 30th november, 2018, order suppose to be delivered on midnight of 1st dec, 2018.
Unfortunately it was not delivered and i tried calling the custom support no a lot of time but no proper response, help me to refund my money. And find attached screen shot in the blow for order confirmation.

I placed the order on 16th February, 2017 for scheduled delivery on 18th Feb, 2017. I understand the policy of one day prior and one day later of courier service. But on 18th Feb, 2017 I was following up since 8:00 in the morning till 8:00 in the evening and none of the executive was unable to provide me with the Tracking Details on phone call. I had booked orders for Rakhi OR-249990 and OR-249969. The same was not delivered, no one called up to inform me that the delivery couldn't be made. Their contact number never works and the money is also not credited back. Please take a severe step as the company is not only cheating people from their money but also spoiling the mood of the occasion....

I ordered a bouquet for my husband's b'day on 9/5/2015 my order no is198873 and it was supposed to be delivered on 10/5/15 but it was never delivered I tried calling the custom support no a lot of time but all in vain. There no doesn't work I waited for 20 mins for getting my call connected but it didn't. Now I m stuck with my money and time both wasted. I have also dropped mail to there customer care but no reply till . Feel cheated....

Even though the address was listed clearly while ordering for fixed time delivery.10 Am -11 AM Cake was NOT delivered on time, it was delivered night 9 PM after continuous calling. Respected Sir/Mam, I was attempting to purchase online cakes and flowers of amount Rs.949 to be delivered in Pune on the website bookmyflowers.com on 3rd september 2014 at around 8:30pm-9:30pm. And the product invoice no.is- SN4654556. But on the website there was transaction of money at the time of payment and i called the customer care of that online company but the company said that there was no payment and no confirmation of any order....

Their contact number never works and when i mailed them to get my money back 1st they took over a week to completely resolve, taking 2-3 days at a time to reply to mails. finally they said money will be back in 2-3 days but it hasn't come back even after 4 days from that mail....
