Buckaroo Shoes — Shoes sole badly cracked/broken within 3/4 months time. Shoe not usable.

I had purchased buckaroo shoe in the month of 4th week of december 2015 for approx rs 3500 from store raghulila mall near vashi railway station, vashi mumbai .
Recently i came to know that the sole (Bottom of shoe) badly cracked/broken at 2 to 3 places on both shoe and it is not under usable condition. I purchased this shoe keeping in view of brand name and brand value of buckaroo .
But i am surprised from quality of your shoe .
Kindly arrange to replace the shoe at the earliest as i am going back to jabalpur madhya pradesh on transfer basis on 7th may 2016.
Your representative at raghulila mall not responding positively and state that it goes to company and company will decide and it will take 10 to 15 days time . I am working at bsnl as an executive .I need your help at the earliest . At present i am residing at sector 15 vashi .
