I m very much dissapointed by the behaviour our the provider, he is very arrogant and never gives full information. For providing connection he took rs3600 + net pack of rs650. After 6 to 7 months i decided to change my pack to rs250, but he refused to do so and said that i have to recharge with 650 only and have to do this evry moth otherwise he will not give net connection and wont refund thw money. internet service was very poor & they don't understand customer complaint, even they don't have any idea about internet problem and they don't understand customer & company avoid take a call every one say only talk to provider please don't take 24 online client they don't take any complaints...

I had an Airtel DSL along with broadband and all was well till the router was changed to wireless. The wireless router was not configured properly and I had a whooping bill for an amount not used by me to the extent of more than 75%. Hence, I decided to get this internet services of Airtel discontinued and go for cable internet of 24 Online Client. At Vasant Vihar in Thane near Mumbai...
