I raised a complaint to customer care number [protected] thinking that it is kent customer care. They sent one person named Deepak and introduced himself as a kent ro service executive, he told that our filters are damaged and need to be replaced. I agreed and he replaced all the filters with used ones and charged an amount of $5380 which I realized as fake after he left taking the amount when my purifier was giving alarm again.

The AMC was renewed in advance but not getting any service at all. I have given application for refund also but they are not refunding my amount. Now they are not even answering my phone....

5 days back miss khushi no[protected] called us and said kent service has given us to make your service and amc of rs 12000 which is all lie kent has no association with this co. they have been fooling us for 5 year taking amc money and then again charging for products change
This co. service man took our orginal parts of kent and replace them he didnt throw them took them away we have been calling them but no response they are...
