Axis Bank Complaints

Axis bank has charged me for more then 3 transactions. There was no such notification from bank.Is this deduction inline with RBI / Constitution/ or Similar policy Implementing authority.A charge of Rs, 1100+Service tax @10.3 is charged.

I own a Saving a/c in Axis Bank. At the time of opening the a/c i wasn't informed that if i do not operate the a/c for 3 consecutive months then an amount of Rs.780/ shall be deducted from the same.

I had not been receving my a/c statement even after making 2-3 complaints....

Axis bank has a very poor customer service. I had applied for mobile banking(mobile alerts)and it charges 134/- but if I make a transaction on 21/10/2008 I will either get the message on my cell phone on 31/10/2008 or I don’t receive it at all. Where as ICICI bank service is so good.
