Dear Sir
I was dispatched consignment on Dated 31 July 2013 Way Bill No[protected] to CITI Bank NA, No 2 Club House road Chennai 6000002
But status show out of delivery on 2nd Aug 2013 since last 13 days.
Now I am very disappointed of customer care I tried many phone like [protected],[protected], [protected]. I spent around Rs 200.00 on phone call.
I just say to update the status at your site with proof...

I have sent one envelope from Delhi to Chennai under C No.[protected] on 9th May 2011. The letter has not yet been deliverred till today ( 20.05.11). I have talked to one Ms Jyoti Sharma of the Corportae office of the Company. She was unable to track although the internet shows upto which point the letter has reached.
The service of the person is disgusting.
I need immediate delivery of the letter and explanation...

I had sent one packet of Shipment No.[protected] dated : 19th July 2010 which was not delivered. I made several complaints to their Local Office as well as Corporate Office, but till date no action has been taken. I had submitted application for claim. Every time assurance is given by local person Mr.Sachin who sits at Vaishali Office that matter will be sorted out but no action has been taken so far. Kindly look...

I have couriered very important original documents of mine through Blazflash courier Docket no "[protected]" for delhi at this address crp technologies (india) Pvt ltd, c-118 basement floor east of kailash new delhi-110065 on date 10/05/2009, but still courier not received at given address, i have informed 3 & 4 times to courier company Blazeflash and get complaint no 311, but they are not giving any response...

Dear sir,
We have booked one parcel of 13 Kg.on paid basis Rs.380/-from Sudarshan Kitchen Aid P Ltd INDORE to Kent Ro Systems Ltd NOIDA on 17/03/09 Th.Blaze flash courier Ltd INDORE doc.no.[protected].
But my party has not received parcel till date 12/05/09.
We are talking from last 15 days at indore office with mr.tiwari mob.no.[protected], but till date they have not delivered the parcel.so please delivered parcel immidietly...
