I approached bank manager for change of address and submitted my proof i. E rental agreement but he is giving careless answer tht wht is the proof that ur staying there and denying tht the name in rental agreement is not mine. Because his reckless answer i have given my house owner number for more proof but no use. Being a branch manager he was very rude and gave reckless answer and didn't even took my form and proofs for address change....
