I ordered a cake online on 6th of September for delivery on 8th September, which obviously did not happen, so I called up the customer care number where they apologised and promised to make the delivery on 9th of September, which again didn’t happen. Now the customer care is misbehaving and not giving me a refund. This is the worst experience I ever had with online shopping. Can anything be really done about it?...

I would like to convey the defective supply against my order PC OF[protected] with "Chennai online florist". Worst service to the money paid. No promptness in delivery. I am cheated .
I have received one no.only as against two nos. ordered. The received supply also was found defective and tampered. They have not paid back the money on date. when I attempted to register my complaint I was made frustrated. Neither their e mail "[protected]@rightflorist.in"...

undelivered order and the money not reversed

Sir/Madam, i ve ordered a cake through one of my friend's mail address at CHENNAI ONLINE FLORIST site on 6th april. gave deliver date as 7th april midnight delivery. but its not reached them. No intimation too whether its processing or delivered like that. But amount debited and having that bill details. And i contact that num its not reached else they wont pick up. Mailed them also but no response. then i left as it is for 3 month. called...

I have placed a bouquet to surprise my friend on March 8th to deliver on march 18th but they have not delivered the item.
Instead they said, they will refund the money so far BUT they have not returned it.
whenever i call them they would reply by saying" we will refund the money right now", till now i have not received my money back.

Worst Customer Experience - Chennai Online Florist

Hi ,
I ordered for Birthday Cake with Chennai Online Florist (http://www.chennaionlineflorists.com/Cakes_online.asp?catid=510) on Nov 14th.
The cake which was delivered to me is one of the Worst cake I have ever seen I never Expected such a worst cake ever.
1. It’s not a branded Cake it’s just a normal Tea shop cake which is been delivered to me.
2. Really spoiled...
