Hi ,

I ordered for Birthday Cake with Chennai Online Florist (http://www.chennaionlineflorists.com/Cakes_online.asp?catid=510) on Nov 14th.

The cake which was delivered to me is one of the Worst cake I have ever seen I never Expected such a worst cake ever.

1. It’s not a branded Cake it’s just a normal Tea shop cake which is been delivered to me.

2. Really spoiled our Family mood.

3. The cake that was delivered will not cost more than 150 Bugs for which I Paid 800 Rs

The cake that was shown in the website never matches the one that was delivered. It doesn’t have even name or even my mgs which I uploaded during the time of order. I send an email to the escalation team as mentioned in the website for my money Refund and until now I haven't received any sort o[censored]pdate from them. I have the Snap shots of the Cakes and the Gifts delivered to

Its already been a month and until now i have sent them 11 emails with no proper response from them.I tried contacting them through which was given on their website but its no use i use to wait for 45 min in with no response.


I would request you to provide a solution for this bad experience and my money Refund Also this should not happen to any one who buys Cakes through their website.
