I ordered a cake online on 6th of September for delivery on 8th September, which obviously did not happen, so I called up the customer care number where they apologised and promised to make the delivery on 9th of September, which again didn’t happen. Now the customer care is misbehaving and not giving me a refund. This is the worst experience I ever had with online shopping. Can anything be really done about it? Was this information helpful? |
