I have placed a bouquet to surprise my friend on March 8th to deliver on march 18th but they have not delivered the item.
Instead they said, they will refund the money so far BUT they have not returned it.
whenever i call them they would reply by saying" we will refund the money right now", till now i have not received my money back.

Ordered flowers and cake for my sister in laws birthday. Not delivered as promised, no response to emails. Neither do they answer phones. Biggest scam online Something must be done as there are way too many complaints about this company. This was supposed to be delivered yesterday and nothing so far.
