Always delay in services, i have given my bike for servicing on sunday at 10:00 am, they told me that they will deliver on monday when i asked why they told me that they have only juniors who does free services, when there is any minor repair it has be done under senior, i mistakenly agreed to that when i go to monday at 07:45 pm to pickup they told me to comeback on next day. I have received a call from unknown person on 22-oct-2019 around 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm and speak about credit card life time free and limit increase and vouchers and taken my credid card details
And further discussion fraud transaction was done ànd debited my 2, 10, 000 rs amount.

There are certain points below which explain the lacunae in honda car service station policies

1. They do not allow car owners to have a close look at their cars being serviced. Many times the workmen spill mobil oil as they do not even have proper shop floor funnel. The workmen also do not follow car owner's instructions pertaining to rotation of tyres as per their liking. If they cant allow car owners /customers inside service...

My new car wad sent for its second bree service on 12 / 9 / 15 5o harmony honda chandigarh. The car was not cleaned at all. The front seats, mats etc were all dirty. The most harrowing and horrible experience. I think they should stop giving free services because they don't clean it till they are paid.
