We are business with u in last two months but first time facing problem in our laptop but your side we have not satisfaction for service and I am very tired for my heldup work,

dear sir,

i have purchased hcl leaptop from hcl digi life (allahabad) on 19th june 2008. they have given me an old laptop. After that i asked them to replace that laptop.they replaced with another used laptop.
its serial no. is C074AX219883.
They have given me warranty...

please send me in mail all driver HCL NOTEBOOK AMD V2

I HAD PURCHASED HCL NOTEBOOK MODEL NO.-P 5601 ON 26.3.06 BUT IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE BEGINNING AND BATTERY GETS DISCHARGED IMMEDIATELY. RECENTLY I VISITED SERVICE CENTRE IN LUCKNOW BUT I WAS TOLD THAT THIS MODEL HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED AND IT CAN NOT BE REPAIRED. MY...

I think HCL should stop manufacturing notebooks and start their luck with TV remotes or transisters.

i am a student of cms college coimbatore. The hcl branch of coimbatore provide laptop for mba students in our college. I am an mba student. They says the company offering on site warranty and replacement warrenty. But their aftersale service is "very bad".My laptop charger not working...

i have a hcl laptop. it is now in warrenty period. i have to suffer many problems due to not proper working of dvd writter. i am computer science student.
the problem is that dvd writter not proper read the cddvd.
pls help me sir
