Home Net — Internet down over 48 Hours

I am the user of Home net, Mina Chandan, Mulund East.

Its been really unsatisfied that you can not resolve the internet (WIFI) issue since the last 48 hours, we have called you and there is just a simple response from you guys that it will get resolved soon. The customer care team is extremely unsupportive and careless of their customers. its been a pain to call on your customer support number and wait for so long.
In about us of your website you have written "We are nation's one of the experienced, advanced and innovative company in this business, delivering state-of-the-art technology with excellent services at most competitive prices, with a portfolio of operations since 1991."
I feel it's untrue as you can not solve a simple catch and re-start the connection. If you can not do so kindly shut my account or else resolve it asap.
