Unable to operate icici bank account, it was due for KYC. While there was no message, no communication from ICICI bank that I will not be able to operate mobile app till KYC done. Suddenly iMobile app stopped all operations and it caused significant inconvinence.
Call[protected] ICICI bank customer care, spoke to manager Chirinjivi he was stating as per process still KYC is not done i will not be able operate iMobile applicaion as per ICICI bank process. WHen asked for process, he said he does not have any process document available, nor message sent to user. it caused significant impact on my day to day activity.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
