Worst customer service ever

I applied for new internet connection and the service provide is beam actfibernet in hyderabad. i made the payment on 4th of march 2016, thye said they will give the connection in 48 hours, and today its 7th of march, they dint give connection yet. called CSR many times. they suck in customer service. no one is responding at all...

I have requested TATA DOCOMO to activate unlimited plan i.e.512 Kbps FUP COMBO PLAN effective 8th December 2012 via email but they have activated the limited plan on 6th December 2012 due to which my credit limit have been exceeded and the internet and phone service have been disconnected from 24th December 2012. I have been told to pay unbilled amount 5,000 rupees(appx) to activate the connection and none of the customer...

False information to customer

I am having MTS Broad band internet connection with post paid plan. When I got new internet connection I have been told that I can change the plan from post paid to prepaid after three months. Now I have completed 05 months. But the M TS company is refusing to change the plan from post paid to prepaid. This is injustice with the customer who has trusted with this Company. I want to change my plan immediately as the tariff of post paid...

I have requested for a broadband / landline connection of airtel on 23.12.2007 at 08.55 Hrs. to your representative on phone No. [protected] and a registration No. alloted to me as 1431706 and assured me that your representative will contact me within 48 Hrs..
