we bought 2 khaitan fans in the month month of march 10. one of which went fault in just 3 months o[censored]sage in june, the dealer replaced the fan after calling him for tleast 30 times and after telling for almost 1 days that was peak summer. the next one got faulty in oct..and no one has come to replace it till now even after complainting so many times..but luckly the climate is good..so we are ab;e to manage it without. shearing off the vertical rod
I am using a Khaitan ceiling fan no[protected]/230v 50hz hibreeze 1400mm sweep since past 12-15 years in my drawing room of my residence in Visakhapatnam. my fan motor not working & fans blade is broken

I Iqbal shaikh a loyal customer of your company has been very using your fan for very long time and use to advices other to buy same
But for Last 1 month I had a very bad experiences I bought a ceiling fan( Freedom 1200mm G Brown ) but after using just for 3 month my ceiling fan speed started to go down and after some time its one of the Blade got a crack I complain to the store Roopam Ceiling...
