Defective Nokia Lumia

Non shipment in spite of payment

A product ordered on www.maniacstore.com on 15/08/2013, cheque payment made through drop-box, cheque was cleared from my account on 19/08/2013. In spite of the cheque being cleared, the company is completely non-responsive and say that the cheque is still being processed. The item has not yet been shipped.
