Wrongly Charged at ticket counter and later fined!

PROBLEM:-
I asked for a ticket from Maidan to Tollygunge.
The agent gave me 4 INR ticket. The ticket was rejected at exit in Tollygunge.
The security was suggestive to settle without fine.He was saying for 2 INR, you would need to pay a fine of 252 INR, almost waiting for a response of bribe proposal from me.

Harrasment due to loss of ticket coin

On 2nd September'12 I booked a ticket for station Dumdum from Syambazar. Wrong Penalty Taken

Hi, I want to bring this into the notice of the Metro Railway Authority.

I have a Multiride Ticket of 80 Rides 90 Days 3 Zones, which is valid till 29/04/2010 (Ticket No 618557).
