Metro Railway — Wrong Penalty Taken

Hi, I want to bring this into the notice of the Metro Railway Authority.

I have a Multiride Ticket of 80 Rides 90 Days 3 Zones, which is valid till 29/04/2010 (Ticket No 618557).

Today, I took Metro from the "Mahanayak Uttam Kumar" Station at 8:40 Am. I got down at "Netaji Bhawan" & tried to punch the ticket & was rejected by the punching machine. One Staff of Metro has checked my ticket & allowed me to come out from another gate. After Some time, again i was there at the "Netaji Bhawan" station to catch the train. Again my ticket rejected & one staff allowed me to get inside after checking my ticket.

I got down at "SHYAMBAZAAR" Station & again my ticket rejected by the punching machine. Then i have decided to meet the Station Master, as "SHYAMBAZAAR" was my last destination.

Mr. Senior Traffic Supervisor of the Station has checked my ticket & said that, 9 rides are left for the same ticket & i will have to visit again at evening to get the refund for the same. Then I have asked to permit me to leave the station premises as my ticket was not working.

Then suddenly he has changed totally, and said that the Ticket has not been punched at "Mahanayak Uttam Kumar", and alligated me that I am a WITHOUT TICKET PASSENGER. He has taken Rs. 260 as Penalty with a reeipt No. 081677.

NOW, CAN ANY OF THE AUTHORITY SAY ME THAT WHERE WAS MY FAULT? NOT ONLY THAT, THE Mr. Senior Traffic Supervisor HAS THREATENED ME TO HANDOVER TO THE POLICE IF I DONT PAY THE PENALTY AMOUT. SO, IS THIS THE WAY, WHAT METRO RAILWAY SERVING PEOPLE?

PLEASE SUGGEST ME THE APPROPRIATE WAY TO LOGDE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS??????????
