I booked a basket of fruits and flowers to be delivered to my mother on her Birthday. The order was placed around 10.00am in the morning.
I tried to call their call center at around 4.00pm to ask about the status. I was kept on hold for close to 20min and then was told that it will be delivered before 8.00pm. I was little shocked and surprised but didn't argue much.
I called them again at 6.00pm but this time i could not get through as there automated machine kept saying I have exceeded maximum number of attempts.
Till 9.00pm the birthday gift had not been delivered. Hence I called them again and told them to cancel the order. The operator said he will find out the status and call be back in 5min, which he did.
I was told the order will be delivered by 9.30. I then told them there is no point in sending the birthday gift at 9.30 and cancel it.
I was told i cannot cancel it since its getting delivered the same day. According to their policy if the item gets delivered at 11:59pm also its same day so no cancellations and refunds. The operator was very rude and didn't know how to talk to customers. Very bad experience for me and a site that I would never ever use again and definitely warn people I know not to use.
