Fraud Site, No Refund

I Mohammed Arsiwala belong to gujarat had orders for Micromax canvas 2 forr Rs 9979 from the website MyVirtualPlaza.com on 11the of february 2013.I paid therough Bank of india Debit card. theey gave me my order no. MVP0029597.
They assured delivery within 10days. but i DID NOT received any. i have sent them plenty emails but not a single reply from their part. [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com

Money not refunded

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had placed an order (order # MVP 0027509) from the online internet website - myvirtualplaza.com on 5th Feb 2013.
Despite several attempts to contact them via phone and emails, they have are not reachable. I had asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. I had also shared my bank details with them to facilitate the transfer. However, its been over 1 month now and my money is still NOT refunded....

Phone Not delivered and Money NOT REFUNDED

Till date (10th Mar 2013) I have NOT RECEIVED the PHONE or my REFUND. I have called & SMSed them on numerous occassions , but there is NO REPLY from their side.
I am asking for my Refund with them for last 10 days. But I have still Not Received my money.
I think they are using the Customer...

Refund not received even after 1 month.

Hello,

I have ordered Canvas A110 on My Virtual Plaza, Order No: MVP0016320 dated 15th January. I have cancelled the same and asked them to provide me with Canvas A116 on 21st January. On February 25th I called up their helpline and the support staff tells me to send the account details and they shall refund the amount Rs 9800. Since they dont have the desired product.

It has been more than a week but no reply...

Product Not Received

I had ordered a micromax canvas 2 A110(White) order no. MVP0025784 online on 01.02.2013 on my virtual plaza and paid an amount of Rs. 9979 through my debit card. And it was mentioned that mobile will be delivered in 1- 7 days.
But till date the order status has not been updated and their customer care is always busy and the other numbers they have provided are out of service and they don’t even bother to reply to mails.

Goods not delivered

I ordered Canvas A110 phone from "My Virtual Plaza"(http://www.myvirtualplaza.com). I have paid Rs. 9800 to them in advance for the phone. The online order was made on 16th January 2013 and the order number is MVP0016684. Since then I have been waiting for the phone. When I contacted them they said that the phone has gone out of stock. At the time of order it was showing in-stock and on their website its still showing in stock....
