Sir/Madam,

I have lodged a complaint 57 Days back but i have not received any reply from railway board. My complaint was that i was traveling from New Delhi to Haridwar on Jan Satabdi Express ( Train Number : 12055) on Jan 13 2011. Coach number was D3, PNR NO. was[protected] (Seat NO. 103,99,101,104,105 ).
First i really want to say something to Indian railway’s trying to bring Indian railways in good...

It takes maximum 5-7 days to reach here but still hasn't arrived. I went to parcel delivery office on Bangalore city Station and inquired , as usual got negative response "We can't help". Same happened with my friends when I asked...

Parcel Booked - Splendor Motor cycle not reached on required destination (Balharshah Junction - Maharashtra)

Dear Sir,

We have booked one Hero Honda Splendor motor cycle having Registration no. MH 31 AW 8445 from Dehradun (DDN) to BALHARSHAH (BPQ) vide parcel receipt no. 879559 Dated 12/02/2010 having train No. 2688 (Dehradun - chennai Exp.) to be reached on Balharshah (BPQ) on 16/02/2010.

But, it was very surprising & disgusting that when my brother went there with original slip at Balharshah junction the Parcel...

i have gone to counter no-544 of rail reservation ghaziabad junction with student discount form issuid by akgec ghaziabad .a laidy clearck said that the discount form is fake .
when i said her to call the rpf to chek properly she missbehaved .and said that if i say that the form is fake then she will give me ticket otherwise not.and when i reclaimed that form was original she gave me tickets but she made all these things as a fun amongs...

Stray Dogs menace

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am residing in Railway Officers' Colony, Sardar Patel Marg, New Delhi for the last 2 years. There is a menace of stray dogs. Over the years, they have multiplied also. AS the number has increased, it is very unsafe for residents of the colony particularly children, ladies and senior citizens.

I want to draw your kind attention about the worst position of Emu train SNG4.this train is between Shakur basti & ghaziabad via New Delhi departure time 8:30 Pm from Shakur basti & its reaching time 09:45Pm at ghaziabad. but it reaches always between 10:30 to 11:00pm. it gots always late. there are so many daily passengers in this train who have to go near by villages or small towns like chipiyana, mehrauli,...

Misbehaviour and threat issued by the railway ticketing staff in Haridwar

No Train for daily passenger

There are thousands of daily passengers of Delhi-Faridabad-Palwal travelling in EMU trains .They are unable to return back at their Delhi Resident after duty time due to NOT AVAILABLE of EMU or Other Passenger Train after 5.00 PM.
There are two EMU trains between 4.40 pm and 4.51 pm . from NIT Faridabad. Mostly Daily passengers are working in Private companies. They are unable to leave early from factory. Mostly pvt factories timings...
