My one Parcel was booked from Shivkasi to Pune on 30th Jan 2012. The party from Shivkasi paid Rs 230/- for the parcel as courier charges. The AWB no is[protected].But when I received the courier in Pune on 1st Feb the courier company asked me Rs 147/- against the octrai charges. My consignment no.[protected] from Bangalore to Imphal , Manipur is not delivered till today 10th Dec 2010 sent on 3rd dec 2010. When ask what is the reason they said road is block. Do they take the charges to carry the document or consigment by road. They don't update their tracking system.
Stupid service and its not the first time. I don't know why Fed Exp has tied up with this stupid company....

Non-Receipt of Consignment
Pathetic/Horrible and disgusted Services from PAFEX Courier ----
How long a consignment by PAFEX takes to deliver? Is it not an astonishing fact that a consignment booked on 28th June 2010 in the morning hours ( 10 AM) at Ranchi with its destination at Balasore (Orissa) has not been delivered till 3rd July? Almost a week has passed and the consignment is touring through the whole country making it joke as tracked from PAFEX...

This is really a poor Service-- Almost 4 days now, nothing been done on this Shipment.
And finally I came to know this has not been moved it out from Pune itself.(from where I delievered it).
I am totally frustrated now, Definatly I will fill the case in against of this Poor sevice. There is no customer care.
fyi.. Can anybody work on this escalation.

Courier Not Delivered
My IT related papers were couriered from Delhi on 22-Jul-09 through Pafex Courier. The airway bill number is:[protected]. When i tried to track the status of the courier from the PAFEX website, I found that it has been delivered. "BUT IT HAS NOT REACHED THE ADDRESS SPECIFIED YET."
