[Resolved] PAFEX COURIER — Excess Amount | |||
My one Parcel was booked from Shivkasi to Pune on 30th Jan 2012. The party from Shivkasi paid Rs 230/- for the parcel as courier charges. The AWB no is[protected].But when I received the courier in Pune on 1st Feb the courier company asked me Rs 147/- against the octrai charges. The actual octrai was Rs 36/- whereas the company was charging Rs 147/- which include the service charges of their company. When inquired with courier company they told me the courier was booked by PAFEX courier but the delivery is being given by FEDEX and that it was the services charges of the company. But both the companies are one, just to mint more money from customer this type of tactics are used by them.When the courier delivery charges have been paid by party at Shivkasi then why again the services charges at Pune ? The courier executive are replying rudely to customers. Please request you to take some action against this kind of courier companies. Was this information helpful? | |||

PAFEX COURIER — Loss of courier
Dear Sir,I request your help in getting this issue resolved. I had used Pafex services to send a courier containing 2 Railway Tickets(Guwahati to Delhi for the 31st jan) and the AWB no is[protected]. On the 28th of Jan when I enquired with pafex as to why the packet had not reached the destination, they reverted that they have lost the packet and are unable to trace it till now. There was no sense of apology or any solution. Infact the lady who spoke was rude and very casual in saying that "we cannot help it. It is lost".
Hoping that my complaint will be read and looked into by your forum.
