Dear Sir,
Flipkart and HP are both promoting Duplicate Ink products for HP printers. My printer got jammed and I visited HP office in Mumbaiand called HP executive to issue report for the Ink supplied by Flipkart.The entire HP including HP Mumbai head showed the least interest.
The executive refused to issue any written statement as he was clueless and even HP top brass has never shown interest in resolving...

I bought a new galaxy phone available only with snapdeal and they did confirm that they are going to replace in case of faults.The ringtones are too low and was unable to follow up with them as they refused to take it back within 7 days....
