There was a fraud transaction from my credit card account yesterday for an amount of 40000. The money was moved to QuikWallet and we raised a complaint with them to block the amount. We received a call back from them from number [protected] stating they are looking into the matter.

Surprisingly, this is the same number from where phishing was done and money was moved to the wallet. This is complete fraud fooling citizens...

Refund my Rs. 500/-. It has been two weeks since I transacted on your platform, Amount has not been reversed till date.
I made a transaction requested for radio taxi. Amount was deducted but they did't get any amount. I have also attached the snapshot of the merchant payment page which was unsuccessful.

Hi Team, On 21 th December 2015 I have made a mobile recharge transaction in QuikWallet app from my registered mobile number : +91-[protected] and Money of Rs .1400.00 has been debited from my SBI Bank and not at recharged get recharge to my mobile and can you please look at this transaction and do refund of Rs. 1400.00 to bank as soos as possible. Yesterday I hav ordered food from quickwallet, amount is deducted and food not delivered. when I called the vender "Dark Night Foods", he informed that they are not register with quick wallet. Money deducted and food not received. I have not even any call or solution after dropping email to quick wallet....

I've recharged aircel karnataka number for Rs 449 on 12th feb 2015, only money has debited from my bank account, but not recharged. My Txn Id for quikwallet: B-18585. I have mailed them regarding this issue, but they are not supporting and refunding my money. Kindly help me to get my money back....
