Hi team,

In complete frustration i am lodging this complaint. We booked the gas on 13/02/2022 and today is 16/02/2022 still we have not received our cylinder yet. we have been ordering food from outside and i also have a 2.5 yrs old daughter. tried calling them since 13th when we placed the order and they just give false commitments that they will deliver it today. I really don't know how they work and who manages them but...

I am frustrated with the service Rashmi Gas Agency near K.R puram railway station . my consumer number is 36729 , Bharat gas connection , every time i will call to the office they will tell that today it will be delivered but they dont do it i have to call more then 20 -30 times for a week time ,its a serious issue these people is not providing good service to the customer its really horrible.

The service provided by Rashmi Gas Agency is worrest.
The deliver is very late, 22 days took for delivering a Gas cylinder.
if call for booking always they will put off the phones and lines gives engage tone.

I booked a cyliner on 06/03/2010 and haven't received it till today, 24/03/2010 even after repeatedly calling up the the distributor, Rashmi Gas Agency, KR Puram, Bangalore. Have been following up with them since last one week and everyday they assure me that it'll be delivered today but noone turns up. I am bearing the Indane Gas consumer no-2512. I had booked a refilling of cylinder on 23th December' 08. Till today i.e., 15th January' 09, it is not delivered. They say that they have not taken the booked the gas cylinder till today. May I know the reason of such kind of negligence. Pls take some serious action against this Gas Agency. Very very poor service, after booking we have beg them for delivery.
