Am using reliance net connect from the past six months. I have taken the 3g plan under which according to reliance i will get 7mbps speed with unlimited downloading but the speed will cut to 26kbps after 5GB data has been consumed. 3g signal not coming in my area from last 15 days

Hi,
Reliance 3g signal has been disappeared in my area from 30th Sep 2012.
Because of this 3g data card is not functioning in my area.
Reported this issue to customer care, reliance communication senior management etc but it seems like they are not in a mood to respond and resolve my issue and all my complaints are falling on deaf ears.
Please dont ever go for any service from reliance, there customer care is...
