Very loud fan sound in 5-month old laptop + Service delay

My Sony Vaio laptop was making very loud sound and I booked a complaint on March 20th, with the Vaio customer care (Complaint No.[protected]. I was told that the engineer would visit within 48 hours but the engineer came only on 24th after followup with the customer care. The 'Engineer' who was supposed to try to rectify the problem at my location, did not even try to open the laptop and said that he will take it and update me from the service...

regarding laptop

Dear Sir/Ma'm
I had given my laptop for servicing in your authorized SONY service center in Dalibagh, Lucknow, U.P. It was proper working. There were some following problems:
1. OS booting delay
2. USB port was not proper working.
The moment, I handed over the laptop to the service center, I informed them to not formating the laptop without prior approval from me but they have done so. Now they are demanding the Rs 9, 750...
