Amount Debited in my Bank account

Dear Sir, I am online E-Atm chek the balance, but My account debited form 6-feb-15. 1500/- to TATADOCOMO MUMBAI IN 70003144. Wrong credit Transaction, I also verify my bank, debited with the correctly in the account. I already send from the written complaint but no response in correct solution. So pls this time my bank statement attached, full verify in your account and amount refund....

Dear Sir, During my online payment towards Tata Photon Plus [protected] prepaid service, Before the completion of Transaction, the amount was deducted from my HDFC Bank Account.
