Sir, My name is Akhilesh Kumar Gupta. I live in dada nagar, kanpur uttar pradesh. There is a hand pump which is unrepaired (kharab hand pump). Now hand pump supplying bad water (with sand and yellowish).for which there is a big problem for drinking water. I requested you to repair hand pump as soon as possible.As a result of which we do not have to go far to draw water....

Iam a resident of Rajiv Nagar Ghosiyana, Telibagh, lucknow, Living Since 25 years here, Our Water pipe lines has been installed since 3-4 years, But till Now Not a single drop of water has been supplied at our area.

But intrestingly, we all are getting proper Bills of water every year and no one has time to listen or check the water supply at this area .

There is no water in my village for about 5 months, the people of the village had complained about this from where the water comes but till now no hearing has taken place.

Humare village main Pani ki supply to hai but. Pani nhi aata . Mere aap se request hai Pani ki supply ka time Kam se 15 se 20 ghante aaye . Main ek poor family se belong krta hu jiske karan main bhoot presan hu khane ki to baat alag hai pr main or meri family Pani se bhi tarasti hai . Maine kayi bar ghaziabad jal Nigam main bhi shikayat ki but kuch solution nhi hua.

With due respect I am say that my society hand pump not proper working last one year. I am complaint many times nagar nigam aligarh but there is no solution regarding hand pump now summer is coming again my society people facing many problem. My hand pump number is 9/9.
Please solved my society people problem as soon as possible.

Block A, LIG New Shahganj Agra is facing water supply problem since long . The water comes only for few minutes which is not sufficient. There is some problem in the pipe line or there is very low pressure.

The colony is maintained by Sr Citizens and they are feeling problem since long.

The complaint was made to JE Ranjeet Singh who is not giving any response....

There is water leaking continuously from boy's hostel water tank throughout the day and night since last 2 months but no action has been taken against this water leakage by the administrative department of the medical college.
Please look into it as the most important and limited resource is being wasted ....

Hi UP Jal Nigam,

It's been very serious matter that a Govt Handpump is completely using by a particular person for personal use only. This handpump is the life line for many of the people nearby that Handpump.
Although no one is against that person while on every one suffering many problems related to water.
Since he make Handpump as summer pump by modifying it. So when he start this lots of extra water wasted...

लोगों ने हैंडपंप में वाटर समर लगा कर अपने घर से जोड़ लिया है। इस वजह से हैंडपंप में पानी नहीं आ रहा है, आप 1 से 2 घंटे तक उसे चलाएं तब कहीं जाकर पानी आता है और फिर नीचे उतर जाता...

3 se 4 dino ke biche me 1 ya 2 baar pani ata hai, jisse handpump se paani bharne me kafi samsya hoti hai, Pumpoprator paani ka presure bahut kam rakhta hai jis wajah se ye pareshani hamse hoti hai...

Sir, 5 months before jal nigam did boring in our park of ada colony avantika phase 1 near pnb rapc ramghat road aligarh. Jal nigam broke park railing, boundaries by JCB and also did a very big pit hole in the middle of this park. Plantation also broken.
Till now jal nigam, aligarh have not maintained this park like before.

Please do the condition of this park like before immediately....

Here, sewer line work started 2 years ago and from then onwards there are continuous complaints of water line breakage and sewer line breakage due to the use of excavator machine.
Now, from a year, in front of my house, there is continuous leakage of water on water line and leakage from sewer line....

Sir here is a government hand pump which is not in work from last 6 or 7 month . Many people troubled by this big problem. Because this area is near a pond so water is very dirty and not pure for drink so . And hand pump consists only five pipes of 10 feet . Kindly heard this request and actions immediately ....
