I have ordered vapor kw77 smart watch with camera and the product which is shown in the website is totally different from what I received.

And product is dead i had raised the return request after that they again send me the same dead product. It is not even get charged. I have uploaded the video of charging.

Zookr delivered wrong defective product to me on 5.11.18. I have ordered joombox on 30.10.18.
I have paid rs 1599 through online mode.
After opened parcel found wrond defective sound joombox. I have complaint to zookr customer care several times. But no response. Now they told me to send parcel with my own expences. Courier asking rs 400 for parcel return to xooke delhi.

My name is amit sardana, i ordered vapor kw77 smartwatch at site zookr.in on 09/10/2018.

I received the courier on 15/10/2018 and post opening the parcel i found that the watch is totally different from watch which i ordered. It has totally different feature of watch which i saw on site. No company name written on this watch as this is fake desi watch.

I raised the issue with zookr customer care on 18/10/18....

I order for zoomstar jio box from zookr. After waiting of 7days i received my products but the products i received and the products i order that is completely different products altogether.

I raised a complaints they replied from gmail.com that i have to couriur the product to the below mention address after that they will return my money.

After seeing all the post i really doubt that thy will not refund me...

This my complaint I placed blackberry q10 refurbished but they send a Samsung mobile which is not working and on the same day I put a complaint regarding the product.after one week I received a mail please send unboxing Video unfortunately I never take any video .then they refuse to take complaint. I have booked a smart watch from zookr electronic. Vapor kw 77 which is similar to samsung smart watch but i get local smart watch of chinese company. When i email then about my query they said we have delivered the same item. But the smart watch they are showing on website and the one they are deliver is very different. This is fraud company please help. As i already paid the payment of watch that's why they are not giving response.....

Zookr.in is a fraud website. Its customer care doesn't respond. It sells lame products and also no refund replies.
