Kindly refer to my earlier E-mail so which i conveyed the following- I have booked 4 movies tickets using the following voucher no. [protected] aut. no. [protected] mob.no. [protected] and [protected] aut. no. [protected] mob. no. [protected] and request that all four movie tickets should be same as detailed below- Option-1 Option-2 Date - 23.2.2015 24.2.2015 Theater - PVR Cinemas Revoli, CP, PVR Cinemas Plaza, CP, New Delhi New Delhi Movie name- Hwaizaada Shamitabh Time- 4 PM 4.15 PM So therefore requested, kindly provide me all four movie tickets for same movie & same date/timing at earliest. Yesterday that is 22.2.2015, I received a call from your side which got automatically disconnected in between without giving proper information, I tried to revert back on the same number but could not succeed. I fail to understand when and how i will get four tickets of same movie as till date no clear cut information is provided to me. I therefore request to you to kindly send me tickets details ( Four in no.) urgently by E-mail ( [protected]@gmail.com). I am to remind you that i requested for movie ticket on 23 feb Or 24 feb, 2015. Kindly treated as most urgent and follow the mode of communication which is properly recorded and clear to the consumer. you present approach is apparently dubious in nature lack transparency and seriousness.
