IS[protected]. MY Landline no. is dead since 10 November 2020. i lodged complaint(Complaint no. [protected]) for the same but till date no action has been taken for fixing my landline. I have attached the screenshot of the Landline complaint. i therefore request you to kindly rebate my landline monthly rent from 10 November 2020 and fix my landline as soon as possible.
