Candes — Candes voltage stabilizer

I have purchased a voltage stabilizer of Candes through Moglix vide invoice dated[protected]. On checking I observed that this is not working as voltage stabilizer just working like a power extension cord.
I wanted to return the same but Company refused to collect back the same. Then I called their service center for repairing the same several times but no one has come till now. The product is having 3 years warranty.
