Candes — Celinfan service

I purchased celing fan through flipkart after 1 year it is not working i have 2years warranty, i raised service compliant.No.TS-C[protected], I am fallowing up through watsup, customer care and e mail, since 8th Aug23 but no progress and response, they are not sharing escalation matrix as well, i don't know what to do now, one thing i can say don't purchase any product form Candes company.
